2nd main line S-Bahn Munich, Marienhof construction lot

The 2nd main line tunnel passes over the three new underground stations at Hauptbahnhof, Marienhof and Ostbahnhof. Because several underground lines have to be crossed, the stations at Hauptbahnhof and Marienhof are located at a depth of about 40 metres. Solexperts, together with Geoinstruments, was commissioned by ARGE Marienhof to install and operate a comprehensive monitoring programme for the construction project (existing buildings, excavation pit and tunnelling).
