TELT Lyon -Turin, hiDCon elements and Reverse Head Extensometer
Reverse Head Extensometer
In the Saint Martin de la Porte section, compressive coal strata have to be crossed. During excavation, advance extrusion measurements are carried out with the Solexperts Reverse Head Extensometer to plan and control the securing measures at the tunnel face.
hiDCon elements
For the tunnel lining in the coal strata (front houiller, see figure below), steel arches and a flexible shotcrete lining with hiDCon compression elements are used.
